This Privacy Policy aims to describe the management methods of the website www.musixup.com by YouJazz S.r.l. concerning the processing of personal data of users/visitors who access it.

– Navigation data will be kept for a period not exceeding three months.
– Data collected through the contact form will be kept by the Data Controller for the time necessary to respond to user queries and in any case for a maximum period of twelve months.
– Data collected for the user’s subscription to the newsletter will be kept for the entire duration of the subscription. Processing will cease in case of user request for newsletter cancellation.
– Data collected for the creation of a reserved/profile area within the website will be kept for the entire duration of the reserved/profile area. Storage will cease in case of user request for the deletion of the private area/profile.
