1. Ensuring the user the best provision and management of the service;
2. Assessing the quality of services and user satisfaction;
3. Detecting user browsing behaviors, with statistical detection tools also through cookies (see the related information);
4. Enabling user subscription to the newsletter;

The processing of user personal data is based on:

– for purposes a, b, and c, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller;

5. Data Retention

– Navigation data will be kept for a period not exceeding three months.

– Data collected through the contact form will be kept by the Data Controller for the time necessary to respond to user queries and in any case for a maximum period of twelve months.

– Data collected for the user’s subscription to the newsletter will be kept for the entire duration of the subscription. Processing will cease in case of user request for newsletter cancellation.

– Data collected for the creation of a reserved/profile area within the website will be kept for the entire duration of the reserved/profile area. Storage will cease in case of user request for the deletion of the private area/profile.

6. Communication of Data

Data collected during navigation or provided by the user through the contact form or the newsletter form may be communicated to:

– third parties with whom the Data Controller has entered into partnership agreements, for the sole purpose of providing the services offered;

– independent advertising companies that may use this data on user visits (excluding the name, address, email address, or phone number of the user) to create advertising on products and services that may interest the user.

Except for navigation data, the provision of data is optional. However, failure to provide data may result in users/visitors being unable to access/receive the requested services.
